    ONE: Good morning T/E! Today is FRIDAY, APRIL 21ST, 2017 and it is the day before EARTH DAY. It is also a HERO day and day TWO of the schedule. Today’s lunch menu includes INDIVIDUAL PIZZA.

     

    TWO: Have you ordered your copy of the 2016-17 TEMS yearbook yet? If not, you have just a few weeks left! Go to the TEMS website or see Mrs. Matilla in Room 204 to place your order. At a cost of only $30, they are selling fast, so get yours soon!

     

    ONE: The 6th Grade Initiative is collecting your old crayons. Collection bins will be located in the front of the building from now until APRIL 28TH. The old crayons will go to a facility to be melted and made into new crayons. Thank you for Going Green!

    All mural entries for the 8th grade mural contest must be submitted to Mrs. Tyrell by 2:45 pm this afternoon.  We will announce the winner by the end of the day on Monday.

    ONE: The seventh grade baseball team came away victorious with a dominating win over arch-rival Valley Forge Middle School yesterday. Matt M starred on the mound, pitching four innings of two-hit, shutout baseball. He also had two hits at the plate to pace the offense. Zack Z and Calvin S also provided multiple hits for the Bulldogs as the bats came to life yesterday in the impressive victory. The team travels on the road to take on BALA KINWOOD (Cynwyd) today.

    SC: The Spring Fling, our final dance for 7th and 8th graders at TEMS, is TOMORROW. This dance will be from 7-9:30 in the cafeteria and the dress for this dance is casual.  Tickets cost $5 each and are on sale each morning upstairs by the circle window and during 7th and 8th grade lunches in the cafeteria.  Tickets will not be sold at the door.

     

    Any 8th grader interested in submitting an entry for the Mural Contest....they are due TOMORROW to Student Council in Room 234.  The mural must include your year of graduation, 2021, and a BULLDOG in some way.  Please submit a color version or your mural and write your name in pencil on the back of it. See Mrs. Tyrell with any questions.

    ONE: There is no Reading Olympics meeting today. Students should read the books selected at the last meeting over spring break.
