The Hillside Scoop

The PTO newsletter, The Scoop, is published every other Friday and sent home with each child. Information concerning up-coming events sponsored by the PTO and school-related events, news from team and special area teachers, and notes of community interest is included in the newsletter.  Reading this newsletter should keep all Hillside families well informed.

Items should be emailed to Christa Amos no later than 10 days prior to publication (by Wednesday the week before distribution).

Email to: Christa Amos at amosmom@live.com

Please include a name and phone number or e-mail with submitted articles.

Note: Most 8 1/2 by 11 items will be reformatted for the legal size paper.  Please email the documents to Christa Amos. Otherwise, the document will be reduced and rotated to fit on half of a legal size page. It's difficult to read these pages and we much prefer to reformat your information and present as readable as possible.

T/E Bulletin Board

The T/E School District maintains an electronic Bulletin Board (www.tesd.net/tebulletin.htm) accessible via the home page of the school district website (www.tesd.net) and from Hillside's home page.  This bulletin board contains information on local non-profit organizations' events and activities that may be of interest to the T/E community.   Readers should check this site twice a month on or about the 10th and 25th for updated community fliers, events, and announcements.

Information for the T/E Bulletin Board is submitted to TESD Public Information Specialist Chris Connolly Bakker, connollyc@tesd.net

Visit www.tesd.net/eFliers/guidelines.pdf for a full explanation on how to submit your information.
