How to Retrieve an Account for the PIV

The user name and password credentials will be sent in a form letter to 5th through 12th grade students and their parents before September 24th, 2009. The user name and password are confidential and should not be shared with others.

If a 5th through 12th grade student is new to the District after September 24th, 2009 or a family has not received a form letter, they may establish a new PIV account. They may contact the PIV Helpdesk at piv@tesd.net for assistance. For security purposes, the PIV account information will be mailed to them. No student login information will be shared with students, parents, or guardians over the telephone or by email.

If a user name and password have been lost, the student, parent, or guardian may contact the PIV Helpdesk at piv@tesd.net.
