Athletes who intend to participate in a sport for the Fall 2013 season are required to file Sections 1-6 of the Pre-Participation Physical Exam (PPPE) as directed by the PIAA. Section 6 of the PPPE must be dated after June 1, 2012. Additional PPPE paperwork will need to be filed for subsequent seasons.

All athletes must also submit the Parent/Guardian Permission form in addition to the PPPE. This may be submitted once for the athlete's participation for the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons 2013-2014. 
 
Fall 2013 athletes must have paperwork filed and processed by the Athletic Office before August 2, 2013.

The Fall Sports Meeting will be held on May 22, 2013 at 7:00 PM.
