TEMS Dress Code

Our dress code has been designed by students, parents and faculty
to provide guidelines in what is acceptable and appropriate attire for school.

Clothing should not be distracting or inappropriate in its ability to provide coverage.
Shirts and blouses must cover the midriff, chest and back,
and substantially cover the shoulders.
Shorts, skirts and dresses must be of an appropriate length
for an educational setting (the closer to the knee the better).

Students whose attire does not conform to the dress code standards
will be asked to put on more appropriate clothing.
Students may change into appropriate clothing if available at school
(gym shorts and shirts are available at school)
or parents will be called and asked to bring more appropriate clothing to school.
Guidelines can also be found on page 16 of the student assignment book.
