In order for a student to be eligible to participate in P.I.A.A. sports, he/she must meet the eligibility requirements as outlined on our athletic program form. Students and parents must also complete all the necessary forms. These forms, which are available in the main office and are posted below, must be returned to the school office before a student can participate in a school sport.
Initial Certification – to be completed for the first season of participation in the 2008-2009 school year
Recertification – to be completed for the second or third season of participation in the 2008-2009 school year

Wrestling 2008-2009
1. All
paperwork from above (either initial certification or recertification and
coach’s emergency medical information card)
must be submitted to the main office.
2. All
wrestlers are required to be weight certified by the district’s Certified
Athletic Trainer.
Certification will take place in the TEMS nurse’s office on Monday, November 10
and Tuesday, November 11 after school.
