This fall, Valley Forge Elementary School parents will have the opportunity to schedule Parent-Teacher Conferences for the November conference days using a new online parent portal called “Home Access Center” (HAC). Parents who do not have internet access or who prefer not to schedule online will still have the option of scheduling by phone by contacting the Valley Forge Elementary School main office (610-240-1600).
As in the past, parents will have the opportunity to schedule a November conference with their child's Core teacher. Special Area teachers will be available for drop-in conferences. Conferences are scheduled for the following dates and times:
Monday, November 23
Kindergarten 8:15AM- 3:40PM
Grades 1-4 1:15PM - 3:40PM
Tuesday, November 24
Kindergarten 8:15AM - 3:40PM
Grades 1-4 1:15PM - 3:40PM
Monday, November 30
All Grades 1:00PM - 8:35PM
In addition to scheduling conferences, HAC will allow parents to view attendance, transportation, and demographic information for their child. While HAC will remain open throughout the school year, online conference scheduling will only be available from Tuesday, October 27th (6:30AM) through Friday, November 13th (11:59PM). Any conference requests or changes after November 13th should be made by calling the Valley Forge Elementary School main office.
