Weekly Wellness is a grounding program that provides education about mindfulness practices and holistic wellbeing. The topics covered include what mindfulness is, the benefits it has on physical and mental health, the science behind staying present, and other wellness tidbits to help retrain your brain for healthier cognitive functioning. In addition, there is a grounding technique to practice throughout the week and a quote to inspire you along the way.
