Extended School Year

Welcome to the 2026 Extended School Year!

2026 ESY programs are located at Devon Elementary and Tredyffrin Easttown Middle during the dates below:

INTENSIVE ESY PROGRAM – 5 weeks of ESY programming (DES K-3 or TEMS 4-12) 

  • 6/29/2026 to 7/30/2026 – 5 week camp

  • Monday – Thursday 

  • 3.5 hours per day

GENERAL ESY PROGRAM – 4 weeks of ESY programming (DES K-3 or TEMS 4-12) 

  • 7/6/2026 to 7/30/2026 – 4 week camp

  • Monday – Thursday 

  • 3.5 hours per day

There are several situations that would require a note or phone call from you to us:

  • A change in your transportation plans (phone call or note)
  • A change in the person picking up your child (requires a note)
  • Student absence (phone call)
  • Late arrival or early pick up (phone call)

If you are providing your own transportation, please park in the designated parking areas and bring your child in through the designated door of the school. Classroom teachers and instructional aides will greet and dismiss the students.

If your child will be participating in the 4 or 5 week camp, please have your child bring their existing school supply box from the school year. 

Related services (such as social skills, OT, PT, speech, orientation/mobility) identified in your child’s IEP will be delivered at the camp, unless otherwise determined by the IEP team.
