Student Registration
To begin the registration process, please fill out the Pre-Registration Form. Along with the form, parents or guardians must provide the following information and transcripts from any previous schools. Kindergarten enrollment is open to children who have reached the age of five on or before September 1.

Items Needed for Registration
Items may include, but are not limited to:
- Proof of student's age
- Health and immunization record
- Two proofs of residency
- Special education considerations
- School records
- Custody agreements
Before entering school in September, your child must have a physical examination.

Step 1: Complete the TESD Pre-Registration Form by visiting this link:
Step 2: The TESD Registration Department will contact you within 3 business days to provide instructions for the Online Registration Packet.
- Please ensure that all forms are fully completed and legible
- Make copies of all required documentation as outlined in Regulation 5001
