The State of Pennsylvania has recently made Scholastic Bookflix, an interactive, online literacy resource that pairs nonfiction eBooks with classic video storybooks, free to all Districts through the Power Library program to which our local libraries subscribe. You can now access BookFlix by simply logging into the site with a Chester Country Library Card number. Students may access the site by using their own library card number or the District's number provided in the directions below. Families who do not have a card may acquire one free at any Chester County library.
To Access Bookflix:
- Go to Tredyffrin Libraries
- Click the blue “databases” button (under the orange “Find Books and Media” category on the right)
- Click “Power Library” in the purple bar on the left
- Click “education”
- Click “bookflix”
