T/E School Board to Review Health and Safety Plan in January

The Tredyffrin/Easttown School Board will review the District’s Health and Safety Plan in January 2022.  This review will take place during two regular School Board meetings that will be recorded and available for viewing on the District website. ​Agendas for both meetings will be posted on the website in advance.

Informational Update

  • As part of the regular Board meeting, the District will provide a Priority Discussion on current guidance from health authorities and how pandemic conditions have changed since the current Health and Safety Plan was approved in August 2021.
  • No vote on the Health and Safety Plan is planned for the January 3 meeting.
  • The Board meeting will be held in-person and start at 7:30 PM at Conestoga High School.
  • Members of the public do not need to attend the meeting to provide feedback on the TESD Health and Safety Plan - please see the information below on sending comments via email.

Priority Discussion - Review of Health and Safety Plan

  • A review of the current Health and Safety Plan will be presented as a Priority Discussion during the regular meeting.
  • Any potential changes to the Health and Safety plan would be voted on by the Board.

Masking Status

TESD’s current Health and Safety Plan remains in effect, including the requirement for individuals age 2 and over to wear face coverings while indoors on school property.

Public Feedback

Residents and taxpayers who wish to provide comments regarding the Health and Safety Plan should submit via email to TECovidFeedback@tesd.net. All comments received in the TECovidFeedback inbox will be shared with the School Board and TESD Pandemic Team ​and will be considered along with comments provided during the public meetings.

Please note that rapidly changing pandemic conditions may lead the District to reconsider the above timeline.  TESD will communicate any adjustments that may be necessary as a result.
