TEMS Spring Sports are coming back! Time to get your PIAA Paperwork In!
Below is information for 7th and 8th grade student-athletes and families that are interested in playing sports (lacrosse, baseball, softball, track & field) for TEMS this spring.
The District continues to work on plans to create a safe and fun athletic environment for all student-athletes and coaches this spring. While those plans are being drafted and then submitted for School Board approval, there are two things that can be done to prepare for a potential start to the season on Monday, April 5.
Updated PIAA paperwork is now available on the TEMS Athletics page under Participation Paperwork. Copies are also available in the main office. All student-athletes and families must complete all 8 pages of the packet. Section 6 must be completed by a physician’s office and dated June 1, 2020 or after. All completed paperwork can be dropped off in the main office or emailed to our athletic secretary, Marie Sarvas at firstname.lastname@example.org
Any student-athlete playing lacrosse, baseball, or softball who has never taken an ImPACT test will receive a code to their school email to take the test once the PIAA paperwork is submitted. It is recommended that students take this test on a non-District-issue laptop or desktop computer, if possible. This applies to all 7th grade student-athletes and some 8th grade student-athletes.
If you have any questions about the PIAA paperwork or ImPACT test, please contact Marie Sarvas attendance and athletic secretary at 610-240-1204 or email@example.com
