Good morning, T/E! Today is Thursday, February 10, 2022 and it is NATIONAL UMBRELLA DAY. It is also day SIX of the schedule. Today’s lunch menu includes CHEESESTEAK SANDWICH.  

The multicultural club is inviting all 7^th and 8^th grade students TODAY to Senorita Neto’s room 206 during activity to celebrate the Lunar new year. Students can join in by creating Chinese lanterns which symbolize vitality and good luck.

8th grade students who are interested in the studio art program at Conestoga High School may attend a meet and greet with Conestoga Students who are currently in the program.  The Conestoga students will be at TEMS next week to share their work and answer questions about their experience. An announcement will be made shorty about the exact day.  The visit will take place during 8th grade activity and will most likely be on Tuesday in Mr. Humbert’s art room.

February is Black History Month. It is a month dedicated to recognizing the contributions of African Americans in American History. All month we will be highlighting African Americans whose contributions in science, math, technology, engineering, the arts, sports, and politics have helped to shape what America is today.
