New Eagle School
New Eagle School one of five elementary schools in the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District. Currently, we serve approximately 500 students, kindergarten through fourth grade.
The New Eagle Elementary community has created a culture where effort, hard work, and academic excellence are the norm. The staff at New Eagle is dedicated to providing the opportunity for all students to realize their full potential. We encourage the development of academic, social, emotional skills needed to become productive members of society. In 2010-2011, New Eagle Elementary was awarded the Distinguished Title I School Award by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Most recently, we were named a 2011 National Blue Ribbon School for sustained student achievement. In addition, New Eagle Elementary previously received the National Blue Ribbon Award in 1985-1986 and 1996-1997.
It is important to provide children with a warm, nurturing, and caring environment that is child-centered and family friendly. We are fortunate to have very supportive parents and guardians who volunteer their time and talents with our school. Building a strong school community is achieved through collaboration among all stakeholders including parents, teachers and administrators. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time with your ideas, suggestions, questions, and concerns.
With my best wishes for a healthy and enjoyable school year,
Andrew C. Phillips,
Principal
