• Let's Get Together

    (Recording)

Let's get together, yeah, yeah, yeah

Why don't you and I combine.

Let's get together, what do you say?

We could have a swinging time.

    We'd be a crazy team.

Why don't we make the scene, together?

    Oh, oh, oh, oh

Let's get together, yeah, yeah, yeah

We could trade the skins for gold

    Let's get together, everyday

    Anywhere and everywhere

    I know we haven't got a lot

We could be sharing all we've got, together.

    Oh...I really think you're swell

    Uh huh...have a wampum belt

    ooh wee...you stick with me

Nothing could be greater than to say, "Hey
    neighbor!"

Let's get together, yeah, yeah, yeah

We can all live as one

    Let's get together right away

We'll be having twice the fun

You can always count on us,

A land of peace with no fuss

    Let's get together.

    Yeah, yeah, yeah!

    This State is Your State

    (Recording)

This state is your state, this state is my state,

From the Delaware River to the Ohio Basin,

From the Mason-Dixon to the great Lake Erie,

This state was made for you and me.

I went to Pittsburgh, then down to Johnstown,

I traveled east to Happy Valley,

I saw the capital in lovely Harrisburg,

This state was made for you and me.

As I went walking Old Lincoln highway,

I heard the water of the Susquehanna,

I saw below me the Great Valley,

This state was made for you and me.

This state is your state, this state is my state,

From the Delaware River to the Ohio Basin,

From the Mason-Dixon to the great Lake Erie,

This state was made for you and me.

As I went rafting down the Youghiogheny

To the Monongahela, joined the Allegheny,

In downtown Pittsburgh, the Ohio flows west,

This state was made for you and me.

    The Declaration of Independence,

    The Constitution of the USA,

    Written boldly, by America’s patriots,

This state was made for you and me.

This state is your state, this state is my state,

From the Delaware River to the Ohio Basin,

From the Mason-Dixon to the great Lake Erie,

This state was made for you and me.

The Liberty Bell rang out our freedom,

In Philadelphia, I heard them say,

We all are brothers, we share our heritage,

This state was made for you and me,

This state was made for you and me!

    Betsey Ross Song

    (Recording)

    Betsy Ross was waiting:

    Washington did call.

He said, " We must have one flag

    to represent us all!

Now, each group flies its colors,

    although we are a team.

    We all must stand together

or we will lose our dream!"

Betsy started working with a basket by her side.

to feed the people's hunger for a symbol of their pride.

She took some bits of ribbon and she took a piece of rag.

Then Betsy stitched a pattern and made our nation's flag!

She said the blue was courage. She said the white was pure.

The stars were for the colonies, the union would endure.

George Washington departed. The flag was in the air.

He followed it to battles, we gained our freedom there!

Betsy started working with a basket by her side.

to feed the people's hunger for a symbol of their pride.

She took some bits of ribbon and she took a piece of rag.

    Then Betsy stitched a pattern...

Betsy Ross made our nation's flag!
