Children are eligible to attend kindergarten if they have reached the age of five years on or before September 1.
Formal kindergarten registration typically takes place in early winter and will be announced in local newspapers/newsletters and on the T/E School District website, but you may register a new student on any day that the school building is open. When registering your child for school, you must bring: birth certificate, health and immunization record, and proof of residence (if new resident). Before entering school in September, your child must have a physical examination. Forms to be completed by your personal physician are provided at registration.
New students can be registered on any day that the school building is open (including summers). Parents or guardians must bring the same information listed above under Kindergarten Registration in addition to transcripts from any former schools. New students to Conestoga High School should call to schedule an appointment at 610-240-1045 to ensure a counselor is available. Families who are not yet District residents but who have the intent to move in may contact the T/E School District Administration Offices at (610) 240-1908 for more information.
