• Welcome to the 2024 Extended School Year!

    The 2024 Extended School Year (ESY) programs are slated to be located at Hillside Elementary and Valley Forge Middle School during the dates below.

    General camp runs from Monday - Thursday, July 1st – July 25th from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM (no camp on July 4th). 

    Select programs run Monday - Thursday, June 24th  – July 25th, from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (no camp on July 4th).

    Transportation Questions:  610-240-1680 

    There are several situations that would require a note or phone call from you to us:

    • A change in your transportation plans (phone call or note)
    • A change in the person picking up your child (requires a note)
    • Student absence (phone call)
    • Late arrival or early pick up (phone call)

    If you are providing your own transportation, please park in the designated parking areas and bring your child in through the designated door of the school. Classroom teachers and instructional aides will greet and dismiss the students.

    If your child will be participating in the 4 or 5 week camp, please have your child bring their existing school supply box from the school year. 

    Related services (such as social skills, OT, PT, speech, orientation/mobility) identified in your child’s IEP will be delivered at the camp, unless otherwise determined by the IEP team.
