    Chemistry Club projects include conducting demonstrations for elementary schools, organizing hands-on activities for 4th Grade Science Night, experiments, field trips, and other chemistry related activities. The Chemistry Club is chartered by the American Chemical Society (ACS).

    During the school year, the club meets after school two to three times per month. Previously, the club participated in the International Year of Chemistry by evaluating the pH of local water supplies, and National Chemistry Week by doing chromatography demonstrations. Lastly, the club has obtained an ACS grant for this coming school year which will fund the cost of the materials we need for demonstrations and experiments.

    Membership is open to all students who sign a safety contract.
