• PUBLIC NOTICE - SURPLUS SALE

    The Tredyffrin/Easttown School District is accepting sealed bids for Used Office Furniture and Workspace Solutions.

    Items include office furniture, cubicles, filing systems, seating, office partitions and more. Items may be inspected on
    October 8, 2024 between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM AND October 9, 2024 between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM at
    1200 West Swedesford Road, Berwyn, PA
    .

    Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope on the official Intent to Purchase Bid Form before 8:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
    Bids will be accepted at 1200 West Swedesford Road during the above inspection times. Sealed bids may also be submitted at the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District Administration Office, 940 West Valley Road, Suite 1700, Wayne, PA during regular business hours on October 8, 2024 and October 9, 2024.  The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms.


    All items will be sold on an “as is”, “where is” basis. No warranties, either implied or expressed, are given.  The winner will be notified by October 11, 2024.

    The pickup dates for awarded items will be
     October 21, 2024 to October 25, 2024 ~ 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
