• OFFICIALS PROTOCOL FOR CONESTOGA HIGH SCHOOL

    • Payment procedure for contactless payment: Please be sure your email information is correct in The Arbiter. TESD does not use Arbiter Pay for payment services. You will receive an email from Conestoga Athletics to verify your contact information and payment amount the day of your assignment. Please reply “CONFIRMED” to this email as verification of your intent to officiate that event. Reply as soon as possible for efficient processing of your voucher. This email may come from mccloskeyj@tesd.net, chiarellod@tesd.net or pechink@tesd.net. Physical checks will be mailed within the week of your assignment.

     

    • Officials' Locker room will available if needed, and for storage of personal items, when officiating indoor sporting events. Restrooms are  available in the stadium and in the gym lobby.

     

    • The use of mechanical or electronic whistles is permitted.

     

    • Please supply personal, adequate hydration for the length of your assignment, refill stations are available.

     

    • If you are unfamiliar with our campus, or satellite sites, have questions about parking or entrance/exit, please contact our office!

     

    • If you have any concerns before/during/after an event, please speak with the Game Manager or Athletic Director.
